穴位贴敷对常年变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷疗法对常年性变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的改善情况。方法实施随机、双盲,进行穴位贴敷与安慰剂的平行对照研究,应用鼻炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)进行调查。将常年性变应性鼻炎患者48例随机分为两组,穴位贴敷组27例,安慰剂组21例。两组患者均接受5次治疗,于治疗前、末次治疗、治疗结束后半年应用RQLQ量表分别进行生活质量评分。评价内容包括鼻部症状、眼部症状、非鼻眼症状、睡眠障碍、行为问题、活动限制及情感障碍,共7个方面28项。结果与同组治疗前相比,治疗后穴位贴敷组生活质量明显提高(P<0.01,P<0.05),安慰剂组仅鼻症状因子分较前下降(P<0.01)。与安慰剂组比较,穴位贴敷组生活质量有显著改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷疗法能有效地改善常年变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of point application therapy on the life quality of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）.Method A randomized double-blind study was conducted to observe the effect point application by comparing with placebo,by adopting the Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire（RQLQ） for evaluation.48 subjects with PAR were collected and randomized into two groups,27 cases in the point application group and 21 in the placebo group.The two groups both received 5 treatments,and were evaluated by using RQLQ before treatment,at the final treatment,and after treatment.The evaluation was divided into 7 aspects including nasal symptoms,ocular symptoms,other symptoms,sleep disorder,behavioral problem,movement limitation,and emotional disorder,containing 28 items in total.Result The inner-group comparison in the point application group showed a marked increase of life quality after treatment（P0.01,P0.05）,while only the score of nasal symptoms dropped in the placebo group（P0.01）.The life quality had more marked improvement in the point application group than in the placebo group（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion Point application is effective in improving the life quality of the patients with PAR.
