胃溃疡和胃炎患者皮肤压痛阈及体表敏感点的观察

摘　　要：目的测量人体皮肤压痛阈,观察胃溃疡、胃炎患者在相关体表反射区敏感点与疾病的关系。方法用指压法,检测正常人体及胃溃疡患者在相关体表反射区的压痛敏感点。使用Von Frey检测仪,检测正常人体、胃溃疡、胃炎患者相关体表反射区的压痛阈值。结果指压法检测在正常组无明显压痛反应,胃溃疡组患者有明显压痛部位。用Von Frey检测仪,正常对照组痛敏感点分散,胃溃疡组及胃炎组患者在相关体表反射区的痛敏感点较为集中。结论胃溃疡组及胃炎组患者在体表相关反射区有较为敏感的压痛反应。穴位可能不只是一个点,而是一个相对敏感的功能区域,特别是在病理状态下反应更加敏感,功能性更强。Objective To assess the pressure-pain threshold of human skin,and to observe the relationship between the sensitive points in the involved superficial reflexology zone and the diseases in patients with gastric ulcer or gastritis.Method Digital pressure was used to detect the tenderness in the corresponding superficial reflexology zone among healthy subjects and patients with gastric ulcer.Von Frey detector was adopted to determine the pressure-pain threshold of the involved superficial reflexology zone of the healthy subjects and subjects with gastric ulcer or gastritis.Result With digital pressure,we did not find obvious tenderness in the normal group,but obvious tenderness was found in the patients in the gastric ulcer group.The Von Frey detector found scattered pain-sensitive points in the normal group,and focused sensitive points in the patients in the gastric ulcer group.Conclusion The patients with gastric ulcer or gastritis have comparatively sensitive tenderness points in the involved superficial reflexology zone.It is possible that the acupoint is not only a point,but a comparatively more sensitive functional zone,which reacted more sensitively and functionally under pathological circumstances.
