摘 要:人兽共患病是指在脊椎动物与人类之间自然传播的疾病和感染,即脊椎动物和人类由共同病原体引起的,在流行病学上有相互关联的疾病。世界卫生组织(WHO)所分类的1 415种人类疾病中,有61%属于人兽共患病。人类已知的300多种传染病中,除十余种只感染人类外,其余均是人兽共患传染病。近年发生的175种新发传染病中,有132种是人兽共患传染病,占75.4%。During the past years,there has been a continued increase in human cases of zoonoses which transmit between animals and humans.Zoonosis has become an important public health issue around the world and thus,how to prevent zoonotic disease is a big challenge for all mankind.Many efforts are in progress aiming at the prevention and control of zoonoses.In this review,we will discuss the recent progress achieved in aspects of mechanisms of transmission,disease monitoring,vaccine development and immunoprophylaxis,and new drug discoveries.In China,with the increase of pets in families,the movement of animals among herds,the fast-growing industries for poultry and pigs,and the ever-speeded flow of populations,the transmission to humans of zoonotic agents can easily be intensified to the outbreak or epidemic scales because it is more and more difficult to monitor the disease happenings.We put more contexts in this review on the monitoring and control of influenza,SARS,and rabies.
