摘  要:为了研究瞬态温度载荷作用下固液混合装药起爆点火过程,设计了瞬态温度载荷试验装置和瞬态温度测试系统。用黑火药爆炸温度作为瞬态温度载荷,测试了固液混合装药内部的温度响应过程,并与数值模拟进行对比分析。结果表明,设计的瞬态温度载荷测试系统可以研究装药对瞬态温度的响应。Transient temperature load testing equipment and transient temperature testing system are established in this paper.With the explosion temperature of black gunpowder adopted as the temperature load,the transient temperature varying process of solid-liquid mixture charge was studied.Self-made K type bare thermocouples were used to test the transient temperature varying process of the hot temperature and internal charge temperature.Comparing with the rapid thermocouple WRe5-WRe26(C type) produced by Nanmac company,we found that the response rate of self-made K type bare thermocouples is at microsecond level which meets the test requirement.At the same time,PXI5922 type high-speed digitizer(purchased from NI) is selected as data acquisition system of temperature testing system.The digitizer is able to operate at sampling rate of 15 MS/s and memory depth of 8 MB/channel which satisfy the test requirement.When the transient temperature is 1 000 ℃,the internal charge temperature variation curve is obtained through series of testing.In order to test the experimental result,we simulate the hot temperature load response process of solid-liquid mixture charge based on energy conservation equations by using ANSYS/Thermal module.In the process of simulation,we presume that the transient temperature load is triangles load,the highest temperature is 1 000 ℃,heat flow is equal on the wall and no heat source as well as chemical reaction took place.Comparing the numerical calculation with test results,we found that the temperature response curves were analogous at different charge distanlogces.In conclusion,the transient temperature varying process of charge can be studied by hot temperature load testing equipment and transient temperature testing system.These conclusions are expected to be beneficial in understanlogding the ignition mechanism of hot spot within the charge during launching of impact load.
