摘　　要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定防风通圣丸中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的方法。方法采用XTer-raC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-水=35∶65为流动相,检测波长:254nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温:28℃。结果 5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在0.027 06～0.297 7μg线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为99.7%(RSD=1.5%)。结论本方法操作简便、方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of 5-O-methylvisammioside in Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan.Methods A XTerra C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water=35∶65,the detective wavelength was 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was 28 ℃.Results The linear range of 5-O-methylvisammioside was 0.027 06-0.297 7 μg,r=0.999 7,and the average recovery was 99.7% with RSD=1.5%.Conclusion This method is repeatable,flexible,and highly sensitive.It can be used for the quality control of Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan.
