摘　　要：本文利用管理动力机制理论分析大学生考试作弊行为动力机制,并提出改革和创新考试管理机制设计来启动杜绝作弊行为的动力。This paper take advantage of manages a power machining theory from micro view of responsibility and macroscopic aspect direction,energize,restraint,control analysis cheat in an examination behavior power machining,and adjusted cheat in an examination law and power machining to propose reform and innovation to examine a supervision machining design to start to eradicate completely the power of cheating the behavior.
