摘　　要：随着3G时代的来临,我国医院信息化已进入临床信息系统阶段。结合3G技术和国产平板电脑的临床信息系统应用,可有效提高医务人员的工作效率,改善服务水平。同时,3G技术在医疗行业应用领域辐射面的扩大及垂直效应的加深,可形成电信产业与民生互惠共赢的和谐氛围。总体来说,本项目在医疗卫生领域具有重大的示范效应和广阔的行业推广价值。As the approach of 3G era, the informatization of our hospital has stepped in the stage of clinical information system. Combined with 3G technique and the clinical information system of domestic tablet PC, it can greatly enhance the work efficiency of medical personnel and improve the service level. Meanwhile, as the expansion of radiating surface and the deepening of vertical effect in medical industry, 3G technique will develop a harmonious win-win atmosphere between communication industry and the people＇ s livelihood. In general, the project is of great demonstration and broad promotion significance in medical and public health field.
