重庆地区29家医院2008-2010年用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆地区医院药品的销售情况,为临床合理选药,厂家生产、销售药品,政府监控及"医保"决策提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对重庆地区29家医院2008-2010年14大类药品的销售金额、重点类别及品种、生产厂家等进行统计、分析。结果与结论:3年来,该地区医院的药品销售金额呈逐年较快增长趋势。其中,抗感染药的销售金额始终列第1位,年均占总销售金额的28.81%;抗恶性肿瘤药3年中的总增长率最大,达86.79%。在所统计的该地区医院所用药品中,重庆西南药业有限公司的药品销售金额始终排在重庆地区制药企业的第1位;重庆天圣制药有限公司是药品销售金额增长最多的重庆地区制药企业,增长率达73.51%;德国拜耳公司和德国勃林格殷格翰姆公司是药品销售金额增长最多的国外制药企业,增长率分别达107.11%和107.86%。预计未来几年该地区医院的药品销售金额仍将继续保持增长的趋势。由于重庆地区正在实行"药品交易所"挂牌采购药品,故其医院药品的品种结构将可能发生变化。OBJECTIVE： To investigate hospital drug sales in Chongqing area, and to provide reference for clinical drug selection, enterprise production, drug sale, government supervision and medical insurance decision. METHODS： By using retrospective method, the consumption sum, key category and types and manufacturers of 14 major drug varieties were analyzed statistically in 29 hospitals of Chongqing area during 2008--2010. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： Over the past three years, the consumption sum of the drugs showed a fast growing tendency. The consumption sum of anti-infective agents always took the premier place, accounting for 28.81% of total consumption sum. The total growth rate of antineoplastic agent took up the biggest proportion, reaching 86.79%. Chongqing Southwest Pharmaceutical Corporation, Ltd., the biggest pharmaceutical company in Chongqing, had been the No.1 in consumption sum. Chongq- ing Tiansheng Pharmaceutical Corporation, Ltd. was the fastest-growing company with the growth rate of 73.51%. While Bayer A.G. and Germany＇s Bob YanGeHan ling possessed the largest sales growth among foreign pharmaceutical company, with the growth rate of 107.11% and 107.86% respectively. The consumption sum of drugs in hospitals is expected to be increasing in the next several years. Since the Drug Exchange is listing the purchased drugs in Chongqing area, the drug＇s type structure may change.
