摘　　要：目的:评价我院心力衰竭患者的各项质量控制指标,为规范心力衰竭的临床诊疗提供参考。方法:按照卫生部"心力衰竭单病种质量控制指标",对我院2010年确诊为心力衰竭的40例住院患者进行诊疗质量控制研究。结果:40例患者在住院期间共有38例(95.0%)进行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查;入院后即刻应用利尿药者占90%以上,即刻应用氯化钾者占70.00%(28例);住院期间β受体阻滞药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)、醛固酮拮抗药的应用率分别达45.0%、82.5%、77.5%;呋塞米、钾剂、β受体阻滞药、ACEI/ARB、醛固酮拮抗药的出院带药率分别为95.0%、60.0%、57.5%、67.5%、80.0%;为21例患者提供心力衰竭健康教育;平均住院时间为10.4d;平均住院费用为11241.35元。结论:我院对心力衰竭的诊断(利用左心室功能评价)、药物治疗基本合理,但在健康教育方面仍有待提高。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the quality control indicators of heart failure patients in our hospital and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. METHODS： According to ＂the monopathy quality control indicators with heart failure＂ issued by Ministry of Health, the quality control for clinical diagnosis and treatment for 40 cases of heart failure in our hospital in 2010 were studied. RESULTS： Among 40 patients, 38 patients had echocardiographic examination（95.0% ）. More than 90% cases had used diuretics immediately after arriving at the hospital. 28 cases had used potassium chloride after arriv- ing at the hospital （70.0%）. The utilization ratio of 13-blocker, ACEI/ARB, aldosterone antagonists were 45.0% , 82.5% and 77.5 %. Among patients discharged with drugs, the utilization rate of furosemide, potassium agents, 13-blockers, ACEI/ARB, aldosterone antagonist were 95.0%, 60.0%, 57.5%, 67.5%, 80.0% respectively. 21 patients received health education. The average hospital stay was about 10.4 days, and the average hospitalization cost was 11 241. 35 yuan. CONCLUSION： The survey shows that the diagnosis （using the left ventricular function evaluation） and drug therapy of heart failure in our hospital are rational basically, but it is still to be improved in health education.
