摘 要:目的:探讨肿瘤科临床药师提供药学服务的工作模式及技巧。方法:参与肿瘤患者药物治疗的全过程,从药物的治疗目的、作用、药物的使用注意事项及食物的影响、药物的不良反应和应对方法以及药物的贮存保管等方面对患者开展用药教育,并对教育前后患者对用药和健康知识的掌握程度进行统计和分析。结果:教育后患者在用药知识和用药行为方面均有改善,用药依从性提高。结论:为肿瘤患者提供个体化用药教育可以作为临床药师参与肿瘤科临床药物治疗工作的切入点。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the working patterns and the working skills of clinical pharmacists providing pharma- ceutical care in oncology department. METHODS: Clinical pharmacists took part in the whole course of drug treatment. Medication education for patients was mainly conducted from the following six points: purpose of drug therapy, role, cautions, the effect of diet, adverse drug reactions and solving measures, drug storage. The degree of patients mastering medication and health knowledge before and after medication education was analyzed statistically. RESULTS: After education, the medication knowledge and behavior of the patients had been improved. The medication compliance of patient also had been improved. CONCLUSION: Clinical phar- macist should provide individual medication education according to patients' condition to serve as the starting points of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical drug therapy.
