摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在心血管内科开展临床药学工作的切入点。方法:对临床药师在工作中遇到的部分普遍问题进行叙述、分析。结果:心血管内科临床药师从抗菌药物的合理使用、药物相互作用、追踪前沿信息、患者用药监护及患者教育等方面开展临床药学工作。结论:临床药师应把握好工作的切入点,积极参与临床实践,真正发挥其在临床治疗团队中的作用。OBJECTIVE ： To explore the breakthrough point of clinical pharmacy supplied by clinical pharmacist in cardiovascular department. METHODS： Some common problems encountered by clinical pharmacist in clinical practice were stated and analyzed. RESULTS ： Clinical pharmacists developed clinical pharmacy in respects of rational use of antimicrobial drugs, drug interaction, tracking the newest information, pharmaceutical care and education of patients and so on in cardiovascular department. CON- CLUSION： Clinical pharmacist can really play its role in treatment group by mastering the breakthrough point and actively participating in clinical practice.
