摘 要:利用18S rDNA的V4区序列对蚜茧蜂科部分物种的分子系统进化关系进行了分析.利用MEGA3.1软件NJ、ME、MP和UPGMA 4种方法构建蚜茧蜂的分子系统,从总体上看,NJ树、ME树、MP树和UPGMA树基本一致,按照大的分类阶元,聚类大体上遵循了Aphidiini、Trioxini、Praini、Ephedrini等的界限,这与传统的形态分类结果大致相符.根据这些树所得的一致性指数(CI)和存留指数(RI)都较大,表明整棵树的置信度较高.其中,UPGMA树的CI值和RI值最大,分别为0.8092和0.7126.Molecular phylogenies were reconstructed for Aphidiidae based on 18S rDNA V4 sequences via a MEGA 3.1 procedure.Analyses with the tree reconstruction methods(MP,NJ,ME,UPGMA) gave the similar topologies.These trees indicated that the tribe Ephedrini was the most basal within Aphidiinae,and the tribe Aphidiini was monophyletic.This result was the approximately same as that traditional morphology phylogeny.The high consistency index(CI) and retention index(RI) indicated that the topogies were believable.The CI and RI of UPGMA tree were the highest,which were 0.8092 and 0.7126 respectively.
