摘 要:为了更有效地对不确定环境下的产品设计项目进行仿真和预测,采用拉丁超立方体采样法对不确定工期进行采样,通过细分耦合任务使其转化为依赖任务来降低问题的处理复杂性。在考虑多级返工及返工传播的情况下,建立了基于动态因果图的过程迭代执行模型。基于该模型采用离散事件仿真对项目进行模拟,在使用因果推理对任务返工进行判断及控制的基础上,给出仿真算法的具体步骤。通过算例及分析阐述了仿真的应用。To improve simulation and prediction of product design project under uncertain environment, latin hypercube sampiing was used to sample the uncertain duration of design task. By task segmentation, coupled tasks were decomposed into dependent tasks to reduce problem processing complexity. By considering multi-level rework and rework propagation, iterative process execution model based on dynamic causality diagram was proposed. Discrete event simulation method based on the model was used to conduct project simulation. According to rework decision and control through causal reasoning, concrete algorithm steps were also presented. Simulation analysis and examples were performed to illustrate the application of the algorithm.
