摘 要:为解决现有产品装配过程可靠性控制点难以确定的问题,提出产品基本运动功能的"运动功能-运动-元动作"结构化分解思路,并通过分析各元动作可能的故障及与可靠性相关的影响原因,确定了装配过程可靠性控制点。为预测装配过程可靠性数据,在确定可靠性控制点的基础上,利用灰色系统理论分析方法,建立关重可靠性控制点相关数据与装配过程可靠性数据之间的关系模型;然后求解装配过程可靠性数据的模拟值,通过分析模拟值与真实值之间的残差确定模型的模拟精度;在模拟精度有意义的前提下,预测了装配过程可靠性未来数据。以数控机床的功能部件数控转台装配过程为例,验证了上述研究的可行性。To solve the problem that reliability control points were hard to be determined in current product assembly process, the structural decomposition mentality of "motor function-movement-action" based on the product basic motor function was proposed, and assembly process reliability control points were determined through analysis on each action's possible failures and influencing factors for reliability. To predict the data of the assembly process reliability, based on determining reliability control points, the relationship model between the key reliability control points data and the assembly process reliability data was established with grey system theory. The simulation value of the assembly process reliability data was calculated, and the model simulation precision was determined by analysis on the residual between simulation value and real value. The assembly process reliability data was predicted under the assumption that the simulation precision was meaningful. Numerical control rotary table's assembly process of the numerical control machine tool's functional unit was taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the re search.
