摘  要:目的了解饮茶型氟中毒病区居民钙摄入状况。方法通过典型病区横断面膳食调查,采用询问法和称量法相结合,参照食物成份表,调查日摄钙量。结果调查区居民主要食物日摄钙量为229.68 mg,低于四川省农村居民日摄钙平均水平(289.9 mg),牧区(244.05 mg)高于农区(213.02 mg),两地之间(康定居民摄钙222.68 mg,马尔康居民236.05 mg)、民族之间(藏族摄钙量230.3 mg,汉族摄钙量221.27 mg)日钙摄入无差别。30%钙来自青稞。结论饮茶型氟中毒区钙摄入不足,膳食结构不合理,钙质量不高。Objective To understand the status of calcium intake of residents in tea-type fluorosis ward.Methods Through the cross-sectional dietary survey in typical ward,with the inquiry method and weighing combined,according to the food composition table,the calcium intake was investigated.Results The daily calcium intake of the residents from the main food is 229.68 mg,it is lower than the average daily calcium intake level(289.9 mg) of rural residents in Sichuan province;the daily calcium intake of residents in pastoral areas(244.05 mg) is higher than of agricultural areas(213.02 mg).The differences of daily calcium intake of residents between the two places(Kangding 222.68 mg,Ma’erkang 236.05 mg),and between ethnic groups(Tibetan 230.3 mg,Han 221.27 mg) were not statistically significant.Thirty percent of the calcium is from the barley.Conclusion The calcium intake of residents in tea-type fluorosis ward area is insufficient,and the dietary structure of them is irrational,in which the quality of calcium is not high
