普济消毒饮加减治疗亚急性甲状腺炎急性期36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察普济消毒饮加减对治疗亚急性甲状腺炎急性期(热毒蕴结证)的临床疗效。方法:36例患者采用普济消毒饮为主方,适当结合药物外敷,治疗2周。结果:痊愈33例,痊愈率91.7%;无效3例,占8.3%。结论:普济消毒饮加减治疗亚急性甲状腺炎急性期(热毒蕴结证)疗效确切,副作用小,不易复发。Objective. To investigate the effect of Puji Xiaodu Decoction for the treatment of acute phase of subacute thyroiditis with the pattern of toxic heat accumulation. Methods. Thirty-Six patients were treated with Puji Xiaodu Decoction orally combined with external application of drugs. Results.. Thirty-three cases were cured, the total effective rate being 91.7%. Three cases were ineffective, the ineffective rate being 8.3%. Conclusion. Puji Xiaodu Decoction has certain effect for the treatment of acute phase of subacute thyroiditis with the pattern of toxic heat accumulation, and has less side effect with lower recurrence rate.
