摘　　要：酸性天然气集输管道由于运行风险较高,在进行管道完整性管理时需对其进行失效模式分析。介绍了天然气集输管道的通用失效模式,对酸性天然气集输管道的失效特性进行了分析,论述了酸性天然气的腐蚀和堵塞失效的机理,并提出了将堵塞作为集输管道失效模式的分析方法,以期降低集输管道运行的风险。Due to the high operation risk of natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines,failure mode analysis is very important to the integrity management of pipelines.This paper introduces general failure mode of gathering and transportation pipelines,analyzes failure characteristic of sour natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines,and discusses the corrosion and blockage failure mechanisms of sour natural gas.In order to reduce operation risk of gathering and transportation pipelines,it also proposes the analysis method of regarding the blockage as failure mode of gathering and transportation pipelines.
