摘 要:研究了采用木质素磺酸钠(木钠)作为铬鞣助剂的可能性。从蓝湿革的Cr2O3含量、废液的Cr含量和坯革的物理性能等方面考察了木钠的助铬鞣效果。结果表明,提碱后加入木钠可以提高皮胶原的铬吸收率,有效减少废液中铬的排放量,同时增加蓝湿革的收缩温度、厚度和紧实度。木钠助铬鞣的最佳工艺为:铬粉6.0%,转动2h;提碱至pH3.8~4.0;木钠1.0%,转动1h;升温至40℃,转动2h;出鼓,搭马静置24h。The suitability of using sodium lignosulfonate (SLS) as a chrome tanning assistant was explored. The effect of SLS on chrome tanning was investigated by analyzing the chromium content in chrome tanned leather, the chromium content in wastewater, the physical properties of crust leather, etc. Compared with traditional chrome tanning, the pelt exhibited higher exhaustion of chrome when a proper amount of SLS was added after basification. Meanwhile, the wet blue leather with higher shrinkage temperature and increased thickness and firmness was obtained. The optimum conditions of using SLS in chrome tanning is as follows: chrome powder 6.0%, running for 2 h; basified to pH 3.8-4.0; SLS 1.0%, running for 1h; running 2 h at 40 ℃; horsing up for 24 h.
