摘　　要：目的:对影响克拉维酸钾阿莫西林干混悬剂稳定性的各种因素进行考察。方法:采用高效液相色谱紫外检测法测定克拉维酸钾阿莫西林干混悬剂的稳定性。结果:湿度、温度和光照对本制剂的稳定性均有影响,湿度和温度是主要因素,尤其湿度的影响最大。结论:本制剂必须密封并加入干燥剂,于凉暗干燥处贮存。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the affecting factors to the stability of the suspension for oral administration containing potassium clavulanate and amoxicillin.METHODS:HPLC UV was used to determine the concentrations of the samples.RESULTS:Humidity,temperature and light radiation all affected the stability.Humidity and temperature were the main affecting factors,especially the humidity.CONCLUSION:The preparation should be stored at low temperature and dry place,protected from light.
