卧式循环水二次滤网在1000MW机组中的应用

摘　　要：二次滤网是净化水中污物、保持凝汽器水室及钛(铜)管内壁经常处于清洁状态、保证凝汽器效率、胶球正常投运、提高胶球回收率不可缺少的装置。目前冷却水开式循环系统中较多使用固定式和旋转负压反冲式2种二次滤网。从绥中电厂1 000 MW机组对于二次滤网的选型、设备结构以及设备运行中所积累的经验和发生的问题入手,阐述DN2600型卧式循环水二次滤网在1 000 MW机组上的应用,具有一定的借鉴意义。Secondary filter screen is essential equipment keeping water chamber and titanium condenser（copper）pipe wall clean,ensuring the efficiency of the condenser,normal operation of rubber ball,and improve the efficiency of recovery of it.Fixed and rotary vacuum recoil-two secondary filter is being used in current open-cycle cooling water system.This paper discusses aspects with a view to the selection of secondary filter screen,equipment structure,accumulated experience from equipment operation and problems occurred.It elaborates on the use of DN2600 type horizontal secondary filter screen of circulating water to 1 000 MW units,which is with some reference.
