摘　　要：线绕式滤元在使用一段时间后经常发生污染物污堵现象,造成过滤器运行压差上升过快、运行周期明显缩短、运行成本增加等问题。通过污染物成分分析,利用研制的滤元离线化学清洗模拟试验台,研发出滤元离线化学清洗专利技术,并在国内1 000 MW机组电厂成功应用。Wound filtering element is always pulluted and plugged after a period of using.It causes many problems,such as the sharp increase of differential pressure and operational costs of filter,the shortening of operation duration.After studying on the composition of contamination,by using of the test stand for off-line filter element cleaning,TPRI has researched and developed a patented technology for off-line filter element cleaning.This technology has been applied successfully in many power plants in China.
