摘　　要：建设学习型大学生党支部是当前高校党建工作的重要任务。文章在理解学习型大学生党支部含义的基础上,阐释学习型大学生党支部的有机性、时代性、创造性和先进性特征,从学习型组织理论和党的自身建设出发,对如何创建学习型大学生党支部进行一些有益的探索。It is one of the important Party building tasks to construct learning-oriented college student Party branches.This paper,based on the author＇s understanding of the connotations of a learning-oriented college student Party branch,expounds on its four characteristics： energetic,times-specific,innovative,and advanced.Then,the paper,by referring to the theories of learning-oriented organizations and from the starting point of Party building,makes some suggestions to construct such a branch.
