摘 要:为综合考虑硬件、软件故障对柴油机监控系统可靠性的影响,提出一种基于系统等效的监控系统可靠性评估方法.建立系统的功能结构图,运用Markov过程分析硬件子系统的可靠性,讨论软件子系统的可靠性.引入向量马氏过程(VMP)完成将硬件子系统等效为故障服从指数分布、维修服从未知分布的元件,分析由该元件与软件子系统所构成的硬/软件综合系统的可靠性.结果验证了硬件等效模型的正确性,得出该设备的软件子系统对监控系统可靠性影响较大,以及部件平均维修时间(MTTR)与平均无故障时间(MTBF)的比值与系统稳态可用度呈反相关的结论.In order to comprehensively consider the influence of software and hardware failures on the reliability of diesel engine monitoring system,a reliability assessment method for it was proposed based on system equivalency.The plan of functional structure of the system was established.The reliability of hardware subsystems was analyzed with Markov process,and software subsystem's reliability was discussed.With VMP method,the hardware subsystem was made equivalent to exponential distribution of the failure and the maintenance obey an unknown distribution of the components.The reliability of integrated hardware/software system composed of these equivalent components and software subsystem was also analyzed.The result verified the correctness of the hardware equivalent model,and a conclusion was obtained that the influence of device's software subsystems on the monitoring system's reliability was greater,and the ratio of component's average maintenance time to the average failure-free time exhibited the behavior of counter-relativity with the system's availability is inversely related are drawn.
