摘　　要：制度是影响经济增长和社会发展的重要因素。制度变迁是推动社会经济发展的重要动力。制度选择集合、技术、制度服务需求以及其他制度安排等因素的改变共同诱致了我国电子商务法的产生,我国统一电子商务法的制订势在必行。The institution is the important factor which affects the economic growth and the social development. Institutional change is the important power to promote the development of social economy. The change of the institution＇s choice set, technology, service requirements and other institutional arrangements induce the generation of E-commerce law commonly in China, it is inevitable to make the unified electronic commerce of our country.
