摘 要:目的研究温度对登革2型病毒在蚊体内的外潜伏期的影响。方法登革2型病毒人工经口感染白纹伊蚊,冻麻挑出吸饱血的雌蚊放入新的蚊笼,分别置于18℃、21℃、26℃、31℃和36℃中饲养,第3d、4d、5d、7d、10d、14d、20d、25d分别收集并解剖白纹伊蚊,以间接免疫荧光法分别检测蚊虫头部、唾液腺和胸腹部的登革2型病毒抗原。结果置于18℃、21℃、26℃、31℃和36℃饲养的白纹伊蚊分别在第25d、7d、5d、4d、3d时胸腹部中开始检出阳性。21℃、26℃、31℃和36℃饲养的蚊虫唾液腺阳性检出的时间分别为10d、7d、4d、4d,18℃在感染后的25d内,唾液腺均未检出阳性。结论随着温度的升高,登革2型病毒在白纹伊蚊体内外潜伏期逐渐缩短。To investigate the effect of incubation temperature on extrinsic incubation period, Aedes albopictus were orally infected with dengue virus type 2 suspension, then fully bloodengorged mosquitoes were separated and transferred to new cartons and retained at 18 ℃, 21 ℃, 26 ℃, 31℃ and 36 ℃ with 10%sucrose. Mosquitoes were sacrificed on 3 d, 4 d, 5 d, 7 d, 10 d, 14, 20 d and 25 d postinfection. Immunofluorescence assays were used to detect antigen of dengue virus type 2 in the head, salivary gland and thoraxabdomen. Virus in thoraxabdomen was detected on 25 d,7 d, 5 d,4 d and 3 d postinfection. The extrinsic incubation period was 10 d,7 d,4 d and d4 separately, when mosquitoes were maintained at 21℃,26℃ ,31℃ and 36℃. But virus in salivary was not detected during a 25day incubation period when mosquitoes were retained at 18℃. It was suggested that the extrinsic incubation period of A. albopictus shortened gradually with the increase of extrinsic incubation temperature.
