摘  要:目的检测健康成年肉鸡铜绿假单胞菌感染及其抗菌谱。方法 2011年1月-3月在河南省洛阳市2个菜市场随机抽取市售健康肉鸡鸡肠内容物,经SCDLP液体培养基增菌,菌液十六烷基三甲基溴化铵琼脂培养基培养,经氧化酶试验、绿脓菌素测定、明胶液化试验、42℃生长试验和硝酸盐还原产气试验等一系列试验鉴定分离细菌,鉴定的铜绿假单胞菌采用K-B法测定对头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、头孢哌酮、羧苄西林、氨曲南、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、妥布霉素、氯霉素、四环素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星的耐药性。结果 20个样品9个分离出11株铜绿假单胞菌。11株细菌具有7种耐药模式;3种模式为多重耐药模式,共6株细菌,来源于6只肉鸡。结论 45%(9/20)肉鸡携带铜绿假单胞菌,30%(6/20)肉鸡携有多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌。To investigate the prevalence and antibiogram of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in healthy broilers, a total of 20 in- testinal content samples were obtained from broilers sold in 2 markets in Luoyang between January and March 2011 Of 9 samples(45 0%) were positive for P. aeruginosa and 11 isolates were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa using tests including oxidase, pyocyanin determination, gelatin liquidization, growth at 42 ℃ and nitrate reduction. Antimierobial susceptibility tested by disk diffusion was conducted for ceftazidime, carbenicillin, cefoperazone, cefepime, gentamiein, amikacin, tobramycin, chloramphenieol, tetracycline, norfloxacin, and ciprofloxacin. The results revealed that all the 11 isolates showed 7 resistance file patterns, and high resistance to chloramphenicol and high sensitivity to ceftazidime. However, these isolates varied in their resistance to carbenicillin (40.6 % resistance, 18. 18 % moderate sensitivity), cefoperazone (27.27 % moderate sensitivity), cefepime (36.36% moderate sensitivity), gentamicin (54.55% resistance, 18.18%moderate sensitivity), amikacin (54. 550% resistance), tobramycin (54.55 % resistance), tetracycline (54.55 % resistance), norfloxacin (54.55 % resistance) and cipro- floxacin (54.55 % resistance). And 6 isolates were multidrug resistant bacteria.
