儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与血清中铜锌铁钙镁关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与血清中部分微量元素水平变化的关系。方法选取OSAHS患儿65例作为实验组,另选健康儿童43例作为对照组,测量其血清铜、锌、铁、钙、镁的含量,并用SPSS13.0软件包对测量数据进行统计学分析。结果 OSAHS组儿童血清铜高于对照组(P<0.01),血清锌、钙的含量低于对照组(P<0.01),而两组儿童镁和铁的含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 OSAHS患儿血清中铜含量增加,钙、锌含量降低。Objective To determine the changes of blood trace element levels in children suffering obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods 65 children aged 3-14 years with OSAHS were selected as the OSAHS group,and 43 children of similar age without OSAHS（excluding any other diseases that could result in growth retardation or hypoxemia） were chosen as the control group.The plasma concentration of copper,zinc,iron,calcium and magnesium were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results Statistical analysis was conducted and the results were as follows： the plasma concentration of copper in the OSAHS group were higher than in the control group（P0.01）,while the zinc and calcium levels in serum of the adenoid hypertrophy group were lower than the control group（P0.01）.No significant difference was found between the iron and magnesium levels（P0.05）.Conclusion In the children with OSAHS,the plasma concentrations of copper,zinc and calcium were changed,while iron and magnesium levels were not.
