摘　　要：孤立性蝶窦疾病是指原发并局限于蝶窦内的病变,未侵犯周围毗邻组织结构,其发病率约占鼻窦病变的1.0%～2.7%。临床症状多无特异性,早期多难以确诊,常导致误诊,延误治疗。根据近期有关文献,对孤立性蝶窦疾病从解剖学、临床症状、组成、影像学表现、诊断及治疗等方面进行综述。Isolated sphenoid sinus disease derives from and is confined to the sphenoid sinus,not involving the adjacent structure.Its incidence is 1.0%-2.7%.The early symptoms of sphenoid sinus diseases are often nonspecific.According to the recent literature,this paper presented a review of the anatomy,clinical symptoms,composition,imaging manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of isolated sphenoid sinus disease.
