摘 要:随着建筑市场的深入发展及日益完善,传统的定额计价模式已不适应市场化经济发展的需要。《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB 50500—2008)将工程量清单计价扩展到工程项目建设的各个阶段,清单计价所应用的综合单价法,对于承包商而言,确定综合单价是工程量清单计价中最为重要的工作。运用模糊数学的有关理论,将模糊案例推理引入到工程量综合单价计算中,并结合快速报价中的指数平滑法建立了工程量清单综合单价计算模型,该模型借助案例推理系统,使现今很多企业在缺少企业定额下可以快速准确地报价,同时本文结合实例介绍了该系统的应用情况,实例计算结果表明该计算方法是有效的,它对综合单价的生成计算有一定的参考价值。With the deeply develop and consummate of building market, traditional quota style doesn't meet the development of market economy .Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Words (GB 50500--2008)has expanded the application of bill quantity valuation to all construction stage, the comprehensive unit valuation is an important method of bill quantity mode, it is significant for the contractor to calculate the comprehensive unit price .Using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, this paper introduces the main structure and some mathematic models about a case-based reasoning system, combining the exponential smoothing method, this paper establishes the comprehensive unit price calculation model of bill quantity. The model contributes to the comprehensive unit price calculation for the contractor when they lack of quota. Finally, this paper introduces the application of this system by an engineering living example, it demonstrates that this comprehensive unit price estimation of bill quantity system is effective, and this system can offer an useful references for constructor to confirm the comprehensive unit price.
