摘　　要：目的探索医院船执行国外医疗服务任务的护理管理模式。方法通过预先设计方案预案、在展开中检验和调整及总结护理管理方法和模式。结果圆满完成了“和谐使命-2011”任务，为拉美四国包括我驻外使馆人员、中资机构人员在内的各界人士体检606人次；为民众诊治10840人次，收治96人次；手术165台次。完成护理技术展示1次，配合中医技术展示5次，学术交流活动2次，到7所小学和2个社会机构进行健康指导和文化联谊。结论医院船执行国外医疗服务任务是可行的，制定的护理管理方案预案和管理模式及做法是正确的，值得借鉴。Objective Explore the nursing management mode about hospital ship executive the task of foreign medical service. Methods Through a design plan in advance, the commencement of test, adjust and conclude the nursing management method and mode. Results Completed ＂Mission Haxmony 2011＂ tasks, physical examination 606 person-time for four Latin America, including embassy staff, Chinese agency personnel and people from all walks of life.Diagnosis and treatment for 10, 840 person-time, receive and cure 96 person-time, surgery for 165 times.Complete 1 show about nursing techniques, 5 shows about cooperate with Chinese medicine technology,and academic exchange activities 2 times, given health instruction and culture fellowship in 7 schools and 2 social institutions. Conclusion Hospital ship executive foreign medical service as the service is feasible, The nursing management scheme formulated plan and management mode as well as the approach is right,and it is worth using for reference.
