加勒比海三国骨科常见疾病分析及治疗策略

摘　　要：目的探讨分析加勒比海地区骨科常见疾病及治疗策略。方法收集加勒比海牙买加、特立尼达和多巴哥、哥斯达黎／Ju~_国骨科门诊疾病临床资料，进行分类总结并评估其治疗效果。结果各国主要骨科疾病包括颈肩腰腿痛、膝关节病、肩周炎等，根据具体病情分别予以手术、针刀微创、封闭、中医针灸按摩及药物等治疗，取得了满意的治疗效果。结论加勒比海地区骨科常见病与国内相似，但具体发病比例有所不同，中西医结合特色疗法具有满意的临床疗效。Objective To analyze the common orthopaedic diseases and the related strategy at the Caribbean area. Methods To collect the clinical data of the orthopaedic diseases in the out-patient department at the Caribbean area including Jamaica, Trinidad ＆ Tobago and Costa Rica. The materials were classified and summarized, and meanwhile, the clinical outcome was evaluated. Results The common orthopaedic diseases included neck, shoulder, low back and leg pain, knee arthritis and adhesive shoulder, etc. According to the specific conditions, the operation, aeupotomy, local blocking, acupuncture and manipulation as well as drug therapy were actualized with the satisfied treatment outcome. Conclusions The common orthopaedic diseases at the Caribbean area are similar to domestic ones, but the incidences are different. Additionally, the characteristic combination between the western and Traditional Chinese Medicines has the satisfied clinical outcome.
