摘　　要：目的通过对“和谐使命-2011”医疗服务中临床检验工作的数据统计，对牙买加金斯敦、特立尼达和多巴哥西班牙港、哥斯达黎加彭塔雷纳斯等城市和地区主要疾病谱情况进行分析，并对改进医院船国外人道主义医疗服务临床检验工作提出合理建议。方法回顾性分析“和谐使命-2011”医疗服务中门急诊患者及健康体检人员检验项目，任务期间对门急诊患者和体检者血样进行检测，其中血常规检查740例、生化检查780例、免疫检查172例。结果检查得出血样标本血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇、血尿酸及谷丙转氨酶偏高比率较大。结论检测异常指标偏高主要与当地饮食习惯有关。同时，侧面反映了加勒比海地区到访国家虽然人均GDP水平较高，实行全民医保制度，预约式医疗保障模式难以满足民众医疗保健需求，对我医院船医疗服务较为期待；通过改进服务方法、手段，以提高医疗服务中检验工作质量效益。Objective To analyze the clinical laboratory test data in the medical service of ＂Harmony mission-2011＂, and find out the spectrum of disease in the 3 countries of the Caribbean sea areas（Kingston in Jamaican, Port of Spain in Trinidad-Tobago, Pengtaleinasy in Costa Rica）, which give some reasonable suggestions for the hospital ship to perform humanitarianism medical services abroad in the future. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the laboratory tests data of patients and health examination persons in the medical service during＂Mission Harmony-2011＂. About 780 cases of clinical laboratory tests were performed in the 3 Latin America countries, including 740 routine blood tests, 780 biochemistry tests, 172 immunization tests. Results From the laboratory data, it can be concluded that the blood GLU, TG, CHOL, UREA, ALT have the higher prevalence in the 3 countries. Conclusions Abnormal laboratory test results are mainly relative with the food habits in these areas all over the country. Though the 3 countries are higher in national GDP, the medical insurance is performed care assurance cannot content the medical demands of people. People are expected our medical service. The methods of services should be more optimized to improve the quality and quantity in laboratory test.
