摘　　要：为了提高干燥后梗丝的综合质量和利用率,通过加工过程参数的优化,在卷制过程中减小烟支的目标重量,降低烟叶消耗。试验结果表明,通过加工过程参数的优化生产出来的梗丝,经掺配后(掺配比例38%)短支烟在相同目标重量的情况下,提高吸阻(在控制吸阻的情况下,减小目标重量),从而降低烟叶消耗。Through the optimization of cut tobacco processing data, increasing cut tobacco overall quality and availability will reduce cigarette target weight and tobacco consumption. The experimental result show that after the blending of cut tobacco which is produced using the optimization of cut tobacco processing data, the pressure drop of the cigarette rod will be increased, which means the target weight will be reduced if the pressure drop remains the same and the tobacco consumption will be reduced too.
