摘  要:目的 比较两种呼吸道病原体的取材形成 ,对呼吸道致病菌的阻性率、细菌学及药物敏感性进行比较。方法 收集下呼吸道感染住院病人咳痰及经纤维支气管镜防污染毛刷 (PSB)深部取痰进行病原体培养及药敏试验。结果 咳痰检阳性率 41% ,深部取材培养阳性率 73% ,两者符合率 2 5 % ,有显著差异性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;经纤维支气管镜防污染毛刷培养显示 ,致病菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主达 77% ,其中假单胞菌属占 33% ,革兰氏阴性杆菌对三代头孢、氟喹诺酮及氨基糖甙类敏感。结论 使用PSB方法检测下呼吸道病原菌优于常规痰检。Objectives Compared lower respiratory tract bacterial cultures in two approaches by expectorating sputum,and fiberoptic bronchoscopy using protective specimen brush(PSB) to investigate positive rate,bacteriologic characteristics,and drug sensitivity.Methods Lower respiratory tract bacterial cultrues by expectorating sputum,and fiberoptic bronchoscopy using protective specimen brush (PSB).Results Bacteria cultures positive tare was 41%,and 73% in sputum and PSB method respectively.Pathogen relative rate in two ways was 25%.Pathogens by using PSB method was characterized as G bacillus extending to 77%,of which pseudomonas aeruginosa was 33% and sensitive to the third generation cephalosporins,Quinolones and Aminoglycosides.Conclusions Using PSB approach in more useful than that of sputum method in deteoting low respiratory tract infection.Out of 22 cases of the present study,infection bacteria was major in G bacillus,sensitive to the third generation Cephalosporins,Quinolones and aminoglycosides
