摘　　要：为了解护理人员对系统化整体护理的认识和态度 ,对我院 2 0 0名不同职称护理人员进行了问卷调查。结果 :19.44%的护理人员对实施整体护理持无所谓态度 ;5 .0 0 %的护理人员认为没有必要开展整体护理 ;13 .89%的护理人员对整体护理的发展前景认识不足。To know understandings and attitudes to holistic nursing care among nursing staff. Questionnaire investigation was made on 200 nursing staff with different technical titles in our hospital. Results showed that of 19.44% nursing staff thought holistic nursing care an indifferent attitude. 5% of nursing staff thought it as no needs to carry out holistic nursing care. And 13.89% of nursing staff were unaware of future development of the holistic nursing care. Indicated that some of nursing staff was lack of understandings to the holistic nursing care.
