摘　　要：为适应国内、国际钢铁及其原料市场的急剧变化，唐钢新建了链篦机回转窑生产线，增加高炉炉料结构中球团矿的配比，优化整个铁前生产工艺。通过对高炉配加自产球团矿前后的炉况及技术指标对比分析，得到提高熟料比对高炉生产的益处。In order to adapt the sharp changes of steel and material market in domestic and abroad, the new grate-rotary kiln was built in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. recently. The ratio of pellet was increased in burden structure of blast furnace, the whole technology of ironmaking was also optimized. According to the analysis of the condition of blast furnace and operational index before and after pellet added, the benefit of increasing agglomeration rate can be gained for blast furnace.
