摘  要:研究目的:对农村居民点用地方式的适宜性进行评价,为村级土地利用规划和农村土地整治提供依据。研究方法:文献查阅、专家咨询、对比分析、权重和法。研究结果:新安置区农村居民点用地方式可分为城镇型、集镇型、中心村型三种基本类型,其主要影响因素有农民就业结构、农民经济实力、村集体经济实力、村所在乡镇和县市的经济实力等;义乌市活鱼塘村和西澄村可建成城镇型农村居民点,海盐县横港村和百联村可建成集镇型农村居民点。研究结论:建立的农村居民点用地方式适宜性评价指标体系和评价方法具有一定的应用价值,对村级土地利用规划及农村居民点整理具有一定的指导作用。The purpose of this paper is to assess the feasibility of rural residential land use in order to provide sufficient references for land use planning at village level and rural residential land reconsolidation. Methods used included literature review, expert consultation, comparative analysis, and sum of weights. The results indicated that rural residential land use types in new resettlement areas could be divided into three basic ones, i.e., urban-type, town-type and central-village type. The main influencing factors were the structure of farmers' employment, the economic capacities of farmers, village collectives and the town and city the village locates, etc. Huoyutang Village and Xicheng Village in Yiwu were the urban-type; Henggang village and Bailian Village in Haiyan were the town-type rural residential areas. It was concluded that the index system and method for the suitability assessment of rural residential areas had certain value of application and could guide the rural residential land reconsolidation and land use planning at village level.
