口腔梅毒疹8例  

Report on 8 cases of syphilitic eruption in oral cavity

摘　　要：报告8例口腔二期梅毒疹患者。主要表现为口腔粘膜及舌部红斑、糜烂、白斑和咽部充血。实验室检查8例患者RPR、TPHA均为阳性。普鲁卡因青霉素、红霉素或阿奇霉素治疗第3、6、9、12个月时复查 ,两项指标均逐渐下降。2例转为阴性。4例普鲁卡因青霉素治疗1个月内皮疹消退 ,4例红霉素或阿奇霉素治疗2个月内皮疹消退。Eight cases of oral syphilitic eruption in secondary syphilis are reported. The clinical manifestations included erythema, erosion and white patch in the oral cavity and the tongue, and ingestion of the pharynx. The RPR test and TPHA were positive. The titers of both tests decreased gradually 3,6,9 and 12 months after treatment,the test became negative after one year in two cases. Procaine penicillin, erythromycin and azithromycin were used for the treatment. The lesions disappeared in one month after treatment with penicillin, while in two months in 4 cases treated with erythromycin or azithromycin.
