摘  要:目的:建立金刚藤、黄芪、延胡索3种中药提取物中正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯有机溶剂残留量的检测方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法配以顶空进样,以DB-5(柱长30 m,内径0.25 mm,涂布厚度0.25μm);毛细管柱进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果:6种大孔吸附树脂残留溶剂在30 min内能很好地分离,该方法线性良好,r在0.990 4~0.999 9之间;稳定性、回收率RSD值均小于7%;平均加样回收率在85.0%~110.3%之间。结论:该方法操作简单,结果准确可靠,能对金刚藤、黄芪、延胡索提取物中AB-8型大孔吸附树脂有机溶剂残留量进行检测控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination o{ organic solvent residues including n-hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, divinylbenzene in three kinds of extracts of Rhizoma Smilacis Chinae, Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Co- rydalis. METHODS The residues from AB- 8 macroporous adsorption resin were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography using DB- 5(30 m× 0. 25mm,0. 25 μm) capillary column and a FIE). RESULTS All the 6 organic solvents were well separated in 30min. There was a good linearity relationship between peak area and concentration(r: 0. 990 4- 0. 999 9). The RSDs of sta- bility and recovery were all less than 7 %. The average recovery rate was in the range of 85.0 % - 110. 3 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control.
