开通合剂治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察开通合剂治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效和对血中炎症介质、脂质,如:超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平等的影响。[方法]将82例患者随机分为两组。对照组41例给予常规西药硝酸异山梨酯片、阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组41例在对照组治疗基础上加服开通合剂,治疗30d后观察两组患者心绞痛、心电图的改善情况和hsCRP及LDL-C水平的变化等。[结果]在心绞痛症状疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减率、降低hsCRP和LDL-C水平方面,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]开通合剂治疗不稳定性心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Kaitong Mixture on treating unstable angina pectoris and its effect on the levels of hsCRP and LDL-C.[Methods]The 82 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 41 cases with conventional western medicine isosorbide mononitrate tablets,enteric-coated aspirin tablets,atorvastatin calcium treatment.Treatment group 41 cases in the control group based on the use Kaitong mixture.After 30d treatment were observed in patients with angina pectoris,ECG improvement and hsCRP and LDL-C levels.[Results]Efficacy in angina symptoms,ECG,Reduced rate of nitroglycerin stop,lower hsCRP and LDL-C levels,Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclution]The curative effect of Kaitong mixture on treating unstable angina pectoriswas better.
