止咳散治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察止咳散治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽的疗效。[方法]将103例患儿分为两组。治疗组53例口服止咳散治疗,对照组50例口服小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗,7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,好转13例,无效2例,总有效率为96.20%;对照组痊愈25例,好转14例,无效11例,总有效率为78.00%。总有效率治疗组优于对照组。[结论]止咳散治疗小儿痰热咳嗽疗效确切。[Objective]To observe effect of treating treating phlegm heat type cough in children with Zhike San.[Method]The 103 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 53 cases oral application Zhike San treatment,Control group 50 cases oral application infantile feirekechuan oral liquid treatment.7d 1 treatment course,after 2 courses of treatment to judge the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group were cure 38 cases,improve 13 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total markedly rate for 96.20%.The control group were cure 25 cases,improve 14 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total markedly rate for 78.00%.The total efficiency in treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]Treating treating phlegm heat type cough in children with Zhike San has a good effect.
