穴位贴敷配合口服肠溶阿司匹林治疗阳虚型心绞痛60例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察穴位贴敷配合肠溶阿司匹林口服治疗阳虚型心绞痛的疗效。[方法]将90例随机分为两组。对照组30例口服肠溶阿司匹林,心绞痛发作时舌下含服硝酸甘油治疗;治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上配合穴位贴敷治疗。经过1个疗程(10d)治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效42例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效19例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位贴敷配合肠溶阿司匹林口服治疗阳虚型心绞痛疗效较好。[Objective]To observe effect of treating Yangxu type angina pectoris with point application plus oral application enteric-coated aspirin.[Method]The 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 30 cases with oral application enteric-coated aspirin,angina pectoris sublingual nitroglycerin.Treatment group 60 cases in the control group based on the plus point application treatment.After a coures of treatment（10d） to determine the efficacy.[Result]The treatment group markedly 42 cases,effective 15 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency rate for 95.00%.The control group markedly 19 cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency rate for 90.00%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Treating Yangxu type angina pectoris with point application plus oral application enteric-coated aspirin has a good effect.
