心脉通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证60例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察心脉通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。[方法]选择符合条件的冠心病心绞痛患者共120例,随机分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组给予心脉通胶囊口服,对照组给予通心络胶囊口服,4周为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛改善、中医证候积分、心电图ST-T变化情况。[结果]在心绞痛改善、中医证候积分及心电图ST-T改变情况,治疗组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]心脉通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效等同于通心络胶囊。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinmaitong Capsule in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris（ Qi Xu Xue Yu）. [ Methods ] Selecte 120 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, randomly divided into two groups which 60 cases in the treatment group, 60 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given Xinmaitong capsule, the control group was given Tongxinluo capsule, 4 weeks for 1 courses. To observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment with angina pectoris im- proved ,TCM syndrome integral, ST- T changes in ECG. [ Result] The treatment group compared with the con- trol group had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） in the treatment with angina pectoris improved , TCM syndrome integral, ST -T changes in ECG. [ Conclusion ] The Xinmaitong Capsule in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris has the same effect to that of Tongxinluo capsule.
