柴胡疏肝汤加减配合氟西汀胶囊治疗肝气郁结型郁病30例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴胡疏肝汤加减治疗肝气郁结型郁病的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为两组。对照组30例服用西药抗抑郁药氟西汀胶囊;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服柴胡疏肝汤加减。两组治疗4周后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈10例,好转18例,无效2例,总显效率93.33%;对照组治愈5例,好转20例,无效5例,总显效率83.33%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝汤加减治疗肝气郁结型郁病疗效显著。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan decoction in treating depression of liver Qi stagnation type.[Method] 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,Control group 30 cases with antidepressant drug-fluoxetine hydrochlori.Treatment group 30 cases in the control group based on the use Chaihu Shugan decoction.After 4weeks treatment to determine efficacy of the two groups.[Results]The treatment group were cure 10 cases,improve 18 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total markedly rate for 93.33%.The control group were cure 5 cases,improve 20 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total markedly rate for 83.33%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Treating depression of liver qi stagnation type with Chaihu Shugan decoction get a good effect.
