摘　　要：[目的]观察颈痛煎剂配合止痛散外敷、TDP神灯照射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]选择73例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用颈痛煎剂口服,止痛散外敷、TDP神灯照射治疗,观察治疗效果。[结果]治疗3周后判定疗效,治愈37例,好转29例,无效7例,总有效率90.41%。[结论]颈痛煎剂口服、止痛散外敷、TDP神灯照射治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of JingTong decoction orally taken and Zhitong Power external application cooperated with TDP photoradiation in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）.[Methods]Select 73 patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy to observe the curative effect with JingTong decoction and applying Zhitong powder cooperated with TDP photoradiation treatment.[Results]3 weeks after treatment to determine efficacy,cure 37 cases,improve 29 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total effective rate is 90.41%.[Conclusion] The method is valuable for clinical application.
