摘　　要：[目的]观察针刀疗法结合止痛散外敷神灯照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]87例腰椎间盘突出症患者给予腰部痛点针刀治疗,3d后行止痛散外敷TDP神灯照射治疗,1周为1疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治愈35例,好转47例,未愈5例,总有效率94.30%。[结论]针刀疗法结合止痛散外敷可提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the knife acupuncture therapy combined with the pain spread treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical curative effect.[Methods]87 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation are given the knife acupuncture treatment at the points,and then given the pain spread and TDP electromagnetic radiation therapy after 3 days.1 weeks is a course of treatment,2 months after treatment effects were observed.[Results]Cure 35 cases,improve 47 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency rate for 94.30%.[Conclusion]The knife acupuncture therapy combined with the pain spread and TDP treatment can improve the clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation,is worthy to be popularized.
