摘　　要：赔偿制度是藏族传统法律中惩罚犯罪、制裁社会越轨行为的一种独特的法律制度。本文从民事角度对藏族习惯法中的惩罚性赔偿规则进行了特点归纳和功能分析,并结合罗马法中侵权规则的发展规律和藏族地区的社会现实对该规则做出评价。The system of compensation is a unique law social protocol in Tibetan traditional law. This article concludes the regulation of punitive damage in Tibetan customary law from the regulation with the developmental rule of Torting in Roman to punish crime and the actions that beyond the characteristics and analyses the function of civil affairs aspect. It also makes evaluation to Law and the social reality in Tibetan region.
