摘　　要：《献给爱米丽的一朵玫瑰花》是20世纪伟大小说家威廉.福克纳的优秀短篇小说之一,凸显出作者精湛的写作技巧与超凡卓越的想象力。引入后殖民主义批评视角来解读福克纳投射在爱米丽身上的女性主义诗学观具有重要意义。南北战争后,以"南方淑女"形象为典型代表的南方传统的塑型过程以及其捍卫方式,考察爱米丽通过自我建构过程实现对南方传统的颠覆与反拨,解读在南北双方文化的碰撞、杂糅与商讨过程中爱米丽实现自我救赎的方式,以此透视福克纳对南北方怀有的情感。As one of the most successful short stories by famous 20th century writer William Faulkner,A Rose for Emily demonstrates the author＇s sophisticated writing techniques and remarkable imagination.With the introduction of post-colonial criticism into the analysis of Faulkner＇s reflection on feminism in Emily,we can explore the shaping of Southern traditions and conventions that are represented by the archetypal southern lady and the corresponding defense arguments.We also research the effect of female self construction on the latter＇s subversion and revival and analyze the conflict and resolution between Southern and Northern cultures in America.With regards to this,we have taken into consideration Faulkner＇s complex thoughts on the South,North and whole of America.
