摘　　要：目的:了解患儿家长安全用药认知情况,为提高儿童安全用药水平,进一步开展安全用药工作提供依据。方法:设计有关儿童安全用药认知的知识-态度-行为(KAP)问卷,选择2011年2～3月到我院儿科住院患儿家长为调查对象,进行安全用药认知情况的KAP调查。结果:发放问卷调查表131份,有效问卷调查表130份,有效率99.23%。家长安全用药认知度评分及格率仅51.54%,安全用药认知度与家长文化程度、职业有关联。结论:儿童家长安全用药知识有待进一步提高,建议临床药师加强在儿科的安全用药知识宣传教育。Objective： To investigate knowledge-attitude-practice （KAP） of parents of hospitalized children on drug safety and to improve drug safety for pediatric patients. Methods： KAP questionnaire was designed and given to the parents whose children were in our pediatric department from February to March in 2011. Results： A total of 131 questionnaires were delivered and 130 were effective. The effective rate was 99.23%. Pass rate for Drug safety awareness was only 51.54%. Parents＇ knowledge of drug safety is associated to their education and occupation. Conclusion： Parent s＇ knowledge of drug safety for children needs to be further improved. It is suggested that clinical pharmacists should advocate and educate drug safety in pediatric patients.
