摘　　要：目的探讨应用重建钢板治疗伴有移位的不稳定性肩胛骨骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法对2005-08至2009-08收治的移位不稳定性肩胛骨骨折病例17例进行资料收集及随访,所有患者入院后均进行三维CT重建确定骨折类型及移位程度,并行重建钢板内固定治疗,术后早期功能锻炼。结果获得完整随访16例,随访时间12～20个月,平均(15.45±1.27)个月,骨折完全愈合,按照Rowe肩关节功能标准评定,优良率达87.5%。结论重建钢板内固定治疗有移位的不稳定性肩胛骨骨折可以获得较满意复位,早期进行肩关节功能锻炼以改善功能,减少骨折并发症的发生,是治疗肩胛骨骨折的一种积极有效的方法。Objective To investigate surgical methods and clinical effects of the reconstruction plates in the treatment of unstable scapular fractures with shift.Methods Seventeen cases of unstable scapular fractures were followed from August 2005 to August 2009,all patients were assessed by three-dimensional CT reconstruction to determine the fracture patterns,all cases with significant displacement were treated by reconstruction plate fixation,and early postoperative functional exercise.Results Sixteen cases were followed up for（15.45±1.27） months（range 12-20 months）,fractures healed completely,all cases were estimated by Rowe shoulder function standard,efficient was 87.5%.Conclusions The use of reconstruction plate have an exact effect on the treatment of unstable scapular fractures with shift,it contributes to scapular fracture＇s anatomic reduction,early rehabilitation,reduces complications,and provides satisfactory outcome.
